Tilda Pure Steamed Basmati Rice is pre-steamed and can be heated in the microwave in just 2 minutes, or stir fried in a pan with a little oil in 4 minutes. It is a perfect lunchtime alternative to a sandwich, side to an evening meal or a good ingredient in a larger dish. It is gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and free from any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. This unique rice with its longer, whiter grains has a beautiful subtle aroma and on completing the cooking, the grains are light, fluffy and separate. Ingredients Natural Basmati Rice - Cooked (98%), Rice Bran Oil, Salt Directions Cooking Instructions: Microwave - From Ambient - 1. Gently squeeze the pouch to separate the rice. 2. Tear or cut the top corner of the pouch open to 2cm. 3. 800W - Heat upright in a microwave on full power for 2 mins. 4. Tear open, tip out and fluff with a fork before serving. Microwave ovens vary.
